I contacted Riemer and Hess approximately one and a half years ago to begin my appeal process as I was originally denied benefits. Jennifer and Scott both reached out to me and spent as much time as I needed to ensure that I knew exactly what would be needed to improve my chances of winning my appea...l. Without Jennifer, I highly doubt that I would have won my appeal if I tried to do it all by myself. At the beginning I was paired up with Hannah Cochrane one of their paralegals. She also called me introduced herself and told me that she would be my liaison between the insurance company and Jennifer. She said anytime I needed anything, to contact her. This included setting up additional calls with Jennifer and supplying any information that I needed to ensure my claim had a great chance of winning the appeal. After all was said and done, I did indeed win the appeal and totally believe Jennifer and Hannah's guidance was what made it happen. My next step was the change in definition that was coming up in about a year and a half. I retained this firm and continued to deal with Hannah and occasionally with Jennifer when needed. Hannah was always very responsive, answered my questions usually within an hour and if she didn't have an answer would always let me know when she would. She met every deadline, dealt with the insurance company on a multitude of issues and I always knew and felt extremely confident she would address it.
