To date, my entire legal career has been spent advocating on behalf of individuals with disabilities.
I graduated from Western New England University in 2017 and then graduated form their law school in 2020. Immediately after graduating from law school, I began assisting claimants in obtaining their Social Security Disability and Veterans’ Disability benefits. My work included representing hundreds of clients throughout the claims process including, initial claims, Administrative Law Judge hearings, and Appeals Coucil reviews.
I then joined Riemer Hess and my practice has involved all aspects of ERISA and the long-term disability insurance claim process, from start to finish. This includes developing initial exit strategies, filing initial claims, monitoring cases to secure ongoing benefits, and appealing unfavorable decisions, as well as mediation and litigation practices.

Samantha was absolutely fabulous helping me out on a big claim. I've been with Riemer and Hess for a few years after being with another firm whom I believe took advantage of me .It was the best move I made . With her expertise and knowledge she was on top of every issue I had and responded to all...
"I have the pleasure of working with Samantha, who brings a remarkable blend of kindness, knowledge, and advocacy to her work with clients. She is deeply dedicated to those she represents and consistently demonstrates compassion and professionalism. Samantha is a strong and effective advocate, and her commitment to her clients is evident in everything she does."
"I’ve had the pleasure of supervising and working closely with Ms. Wladich on complex ERISA long term disability matters at Riemer Hess LLC. She brings a rare combination of empathy for her clients and determination in advocating for their rights. Ms. Wladich is particularly skilled in handling claims involving Long COVID, POTS, neurocognitive impairments, and mental health conditions. Her insight, diligence, and commitment make her a strong asset to any case team — and a fierce advocate for those she represents."
"I have worked with Samantha on many ERISA long term disability matters over the past 2 years. I can attest that she is an excellent attorney who is very knowledgeable in this area of law. She works hard to ensure that her clients are paid all of the benefits they are entitled to under their disability insurance policies."
