Janice Gail Roven

I hired Janice for my divorce case in early 2019. The case is still pending settlement at this moment. It is a very important and stressful period in my life as I can expect. It was a very pleasant experience to speak with Janice in person or on the phone every time. The overall experience with Janic...e I think is so far so good. I will update with more details as the case develops. At this point, I do hope the case can be closed after so long time and I can get over this hurdle in life soon.

Remarkably, and seemingly against all odds, Janice pulled it off in a couple of months. Throughout, Janice was responsive, easy to work with and direct. She is a real pro and I strongly recommend her to anyone in the market for her services.

I hired Janice Roven to represent me several years ago. Since that time, she has not treated my case with any sense of priority and failed to do a lot of things to help my case in any way. For ex, she did not subpoena anyone, or get an IME done for me, because she didn't want to spend the money. An I...ME in a psychological malpractice case is of utmost importance. She also walked out of depositions, is short-tempered and many other things. My case is still pending and I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I fired her and now I'm without an attorney. My case is out of her scope of experience and she should not have accepted the case. Sadly, I'm the second person I know that she failed & the other person was in her field of expertise. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this attorney!
