Be cautious if you have a contested divorce case and don’t want a cookie cutter solution!!! 1. Bad attitude. Her attitude changed after I retained her. Never been treated as a priority. She’s put me into appointment at late night or weekend. She missed multiple emails I carefully wrote and failed to ...reply. 2. Forced me to accept the opposing attorney’s request and failed to advocate for my position. 3. Failed to follow court’s direction and put my case in disadvantage. 4. Unfair billing practice. Her bill showed billing hours even before I signed retainer letter. 5. Not cooperative to my new lawyer when I had to switch attorney. Be cautious!

I hired Janice for my divorce case in early 2019. The case is still pending settlement at this moment. It is a very important and stressful period in my life as I can expect.
