Beyond terrible! If there was an option for NO STAR she would be the perfect candidate. SIMPLY STAY AWAY FROM GERMANA GIORDANO. She will get all your money then find an excuse to throw you under the bus AND would refuse to explain her "work" threatening to report you to the Police for harassment. HO...RRIBLE!

Germana was a very nice person over the phone, but once she received her money, she became unconcerned with my case. Most negligent and unconcerned attorney I have ever dealt with. The only time I contacted Germana was to request an official copy of the charge that was filed against me, which she nev...er sent, even after requesting it for a third time. For a small case, I paid Germana’s law offices a substantial amount of money ($5K) thinking I got the best. I can tell you just because they were expensive does not mean they are good. I felt that when I tried to get ahold of Germana, she would be annoyed and deliberately respond or call back days later. I almost lost a government clearance job because of the inaccurate information she provided, which is nothing compared to the frustration of actually trying to get ahold of her. If you want to pay your attorney and only hear from Germana only on your court date, then go with her. If you want an attorney that shares your best interest and will answer your call or email in a timely manner, do not hire Germana Giordano.
