We represent artists and entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry -- independent film companies, independent record labels, musician, producers, investors, talent, novelists, animators, photographers, screenplay writers, visual artists, dancers, models, and other entertainment professionals. We negotiate and draft licensing agreements, record deals, artist agreements, management agreements, financing documents, distribution agreements and more. Emphasis on assisting clients reach speedy and (wherever possible) amicable resolutions to family disputes. Collaborative law process encouraged when appropriate. We draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements, separation agreements and uncontested divorce papers. Where necessary we handle contested divorce matters.

Focus is on providing mediation services in non-traditional areas: commercial disputes, employment disputes, arts mediation, estates mediation, etc., as well as the more common areas such as divorce, child custody, spousal support and equitable distribution.
