Mr. Goldberg helped me with a landlord issue in 2014. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my rights as a tenant, which is sometimes confusing in New York City. exemplary representation regarding contract and lease
Had a landlord issue and needed clarification and representation for housing lease. Mr. Goldberg provided excellent advice and subsequent contractual review and clarification to solve my issues. I would recommend him highly without hesitation, and plan on utilizing his services in the future.

Did a great job. He worked with his team. They gave me free consultations and he gave me his private cell phone number. The fees were very reasonable and I got great results. At one point I had an emergency situation and I called Alan at 11:30pm on a Saturday nioght. He was very responsive and stayed...
