They won my nonprime residence holdover case for me
They did a wonderful job and we won the case. They asked for a jury trial and the landlord's lawyer caved in. The landlord's lawyer discontinued the non primary residence case against me and gave me the renewal lease. I have a special needs child and I was especially appreciative of Mr. Goldberg's un...

Landlord tried to trick us because we were from Atlanta
This lawyer protected us and assured that we got Rent Stabilization status. Our landlord tried to take advantage of us because we are from out of town. He got us rent stabilization status, reduced our rent and got us a rent refund. He did it on a contingency so there was no out of pocket fees to us.

Really good lawyer and really good results
He did a really really good job. I can't recommend him enough. His daughter and son are lawyers and work with him. They are all efficient and very knowledgeable. They have the best work ethic and answered all my questions and won the cases. They are like one of the best law firms imaginable.
