Pablo Gabriel Velez

I work in the legal field and I can say hands down Mr. Velez is one of the most professional, organized and reliable attorneys I have ever worked with. I have no negative remarks from my experience. He knows the process, walks you through what to expect and is able to adapt very easily given his expe...rtise. He is not one of those attorneys who will harbor information until you sign a retainer like some- he will tell you straight up what to expect. My wife and I began this process pre-covid and completed our 'permanent residency' journey in September 2020 (during covid). Naturally, there was a lot of uncertainty given the status of our world but Mr. Velez still made himself available to us, updated us when necessary and checked in periodically just for the sake of checking in. I would say we built a report through our experience with him which is not always expected in an attorney/client relationship. Applying for the K1 or K3 is an incredibly daunting process for those who decide to go that route and Pablo made it seem much less daunting. He also has a great system in place to keep you organized as you begin compiling all the information necessary to file- very necessary! If you want it done right, hire him. period.
