Among the several immigration attorneys I have worked with, Dr. Rowhani is the only one I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and efficient immigration lawyer due to these reasons: EXPEDITIOUS: During the first stage of my NIW-EB2 immigration... process, I worked with another lawyer whose office took more than six months to prepare and file our application. Because of that delay, we remained affected by the backlog for approximately an additional year and a half—something that could have been avoided if the application had been filed only 11 days earlier. For the second stage, we worked with Dr. Rowhani, and the difference was remarkable. He prepared and filed everything in less than 10 days, while the other attorney had estimated approximately two months for the same process. RESPONSIVE: Dr. Rowhani was also extremely responsive, patient, and supportive. Most of our emails were answered the same day, or within two days at most, even on weekends. My husband and I applied for a marriage green card with the Rowhani law group and could not be happier with our experience. We also had several consultations with various other groups before choosing to go with Mohsen. There are several advantages of going with him instead of other big name corporat...ions: 1. Turn around time is much quicker. We were given an estimate of about 6 weeks with another big group whereas Mohsen filed our case within a few days after we provided all the documentation. 2. Depth of understanding: two law groups told us that we have to get a cosponsor for our case which was not correct based on my husband’s income. However, Mohsen correctly informed us that this was not necessary and could even make our case more complicated 3. Quick response time: while other law groups also generally replied within 24-48 hours, they lacked the thoroughness and personal attention to detail that Mohsen provides. His emails never missed anything and were always very informative. 4. Going above and beyond: there were several instances where he truly went above and beyond for our case. For instance, during our consultation calls we always went over time and he never charged extra. He also offered to come to our interview day (has extra cost of course), which can be very helpful for non-English speakers or those less familiar the legal system. Even after our case was approved, he has still been very helpful in answering our legal and immigration questions. Overall, we can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We’ve also had other friends who applied for other forms of visa (such as NIW) with him and were very pleased.
