Mohsen Rowhani

My husband and I applied for a marriage green card with the Rowhani law group and could not be happier with our experience. We also had several consultations with various other groups before choosing to go with Mohsen. There are several advantages of going with him instead of other big name corporat...ions: 1. Turn around time is much quicker. We were given an estimate of about 6 weeks with another big group whereas Mohsen filed our case within a few days after we provided all the documentation. 2. Depth of understanding: two law groups told us that we have to get a cosponsor for our case which was not correct based on my husband’s income. However, Mohsen correctly informed us that this was not necessary and could even make our case more complicated 3. Quick response time: while other law groups also generally replied within 24-48 hours, they lacked the thoroughness and personal attention to detail that Mohsen provides. His emails never missed anything and were always very informative. 4. Going above and beyond: there were several instances where he truly went above and beyond for our case. For instance, during our consultation calls we always went over time and he never charged extra. He also offered to come to our interview day (has extra cost of course), which can be very helpful for non-English speakers or those less familiar the legal system. Even after our case was approved, he has still been very helpful in answering our legal and immigration questions. Overall, we can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We’ve also had other friends who applied for other forms of visa (such as NIW) with him and were very pleased.

He meticulously reviewed my nearly 700-page application and wrote a 66-page cover letter, guided me with clear strategy, confidence, and persistent support, leaving no stone unturned to make sure my case succeeded, and thanks to him, we achieved approval.
