I hold a Doctorate in Law from New York’s Cardozo Law School, along with two Master’s degrees—one from Fordham Law School in New York and the other from ISU in Iran. I entered the U.S. as a student and personally experienced the immigration journey—from being a student to eventually becoming a U.S. citizen. I understand firsthand how stressful and challenging it can be to juggle economic pressures, academic responsibilities, thesis defenses, and interactions with supervisors—all while navigating the complexities of immigration. I also know how frustrating it can be to work with immigration attorneys who have never been in your shoes and may not fully grasp your concerns. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. Many of them are extraordinary artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and highly educated professionals who, despite their talents, have never set foot in the U.S. I strive to simplify the process for my clients, making it as straightforward and cost-effective as possible to help them achieve permanent residency. I specialize in talent-based immigration matters such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visas, but I am equally experienced in business and corporate immigration matters, including PERM (EB-2 and EB-3), H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, and E-2 visas.
While I am licensed to practice law in New York as well as Connecticut, immigration law is federal, allowing me to assist clients across the U.S. and around the world. I encourage clients to ask questions and stay informed throughout their case, and I prioritize responding to emails and calls promptly—usually within four business hours.
If you’re looking for an attorney who understands your journey and is committed to guiding you every step of the way, I’d be honored to partner with you to navigate your legal path with confidence.
