At Hach & Rose, LLP, Mark Glen Sokoloff brings with him over 25 years of trial experience representing railroad workers under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). As Designated Counsel to both the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers AFL-CIO Local Lodge 754 and the Independent Railway Supervisors Association (IRSA), Sokoloff has truly established himself as a strong force in the industry. In fact, in 1976, Sokoloff obtained a record liability settlement of $750 million dollars when he drafted the first New York State "Agent Orange" complaint in the case Reutershaun v. Dow Chemical. Now, he is currently representing Amtrak and LIRR employees who were permanently injured through FELA complaints.
