Extremely Helpful

The first thing Marjorie did was help me feel that my feelings were valid. I was in a very difficult work situation where I was seeking to leave an employer with fair compensation as they attempted to remove me without proper severance. She listened to me. She made me comfortable and helped me find t...he strength to stand up for myself. Marjorie was always very clear about what I should expect and set realistic outcomes. She helped with my communication to my former employer and how to objection handle. In the end, I actually walked away with more than I expected.

Never Alone

These have been the worst two years of my life. After being sexually harassed by my supervisor and fired for complaining about it the pandemic hit and I could not find a job, anywhere. Depression set in and I could not function. But Marjorie stayed on top of my case and regularly checked in with me ...to make sure I was OK. It was a small thing. But, it made me feel like I was never alone. When it came down to settling my case she was so passionate and said everything I wanted to say but couldn't. In the end she got me what I wanted. She didn't let me give up and really made me feel taken care of.

Special Care

I hired Marjorie about a year ago when I got fired from my job. I need someone to help me figure out what to do and if I had a case. I did not think I would get a supportive friend. Things got dark for me but she encouraged me in addition to getting a good result. Never too busy to make me feel more ...secure.

"It is truly an honor to recommend one of the best employment attorneys in the Tri-Sate area. Marjory is a skilled litigator with an excellent reputation and a proven track record in and out of the courtroom. Her focus is sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace. I have personally witnessed her in action. She is dedicated and never stops fighting for the rights of her clients. Marjorie has obtained millions of dollars of awards and settlements for her clients. Simply put, she is the the best of the best. I highly recommend you call Marjorie with any questions you may have about workplace harassment and discrimination. If she can’t help you, she will surely give you some guidance and point you in the right direction."

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
