Biography
For the past 30 years, Mr. Linden has helped his clients achieve their goals in every type of case in the immigration field.
He has lived, traveled, hitchhiked and sailed around the world. Being exposed to a multitude of countries, cultures and ethnicities has made him sensitive to the diverse immigration problems and needs of his clients.
Prior to opening his law firm in 1984, he was the Executive Director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. This was followed by three valuable years of experience as an associate with one of New York's leading immigration firms.
Mr. Linden prides himself on being a good listener and problem solver. He personally researches and prepares each case from its inception to conclusion, and accompanies clients to all interviews and hearings.

Dismissive and rude, kept pointing the finger at me instead of helping.
Called for a consultation, however was met with a very dismissive lawyer, stating that it's my fault that I didn't know about seeking for asylum when entering the country. Genuinely thought I'd be able to get help from them but they said I was helpless and that I'm on my own, in quite a harsh manner ...
