Khari Peter Prescod

Khari is a great divorce lawyer. From our first interaction, he put me at ease by walking me through the steps of the entire divorce process. He answered all of my questions, provided alternative scenarios of what could happen and gave me the best solutions for my case. Not only was he a lawyer, but ...a comedian, therapist and motivator throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with him and can foresee myself using his other services as well.

Mr. Prescod represented me in a very difficult custody and child support case that took over a year. I have to admit I've been highly impressed with his services. Mr. Prescod is an extremely knowledgeable and caring individual. He was always accessible on the telephone even early in the mornings. E...very time I went to court, he was there before I was. He walked me through every step of the process. To put this in perspective, I received an attorney before Mr. Prescod but was not satisfied. However, my sister found Mr. Prescod on this site and I am so glad she did because once he took over my case everything started going my way. I'm a father and I won custody of my child and I got the mother to pay me child support after a lengthy trial Even after I got child support the judge wanted to give the mother financial credit for medical bills but Mr. Prescod reminded the Judge I was the sole custodian and was not responsible for any medical bills the mother incurred. All I can say is that Mr. Prescod is smart, a down to earth kind of guy. He is an excellent attorney and I can’t highly recommend him enough.

I found him to be quick in understanding my issues and grasping the full picture. He gave pragmatic advice which made sense (contrary to other legal advice I have received) and felt practical. I did not feel like a mark for profit, which again on occasion I have been made to feel by other lawyers. My... issue has not progressed to court so I did not need to further use his services, but were it to happen, I would. Thank you to Mr. Prescod.

Mr. Prescod represented me in my custody case. Before I found Mr. Prescod, I was feeling confused, lost, and sad. My previous lawyer did nothing for me and I didn’t think things would get better. However, I found Mr. Prescod from this site and I wasn’t too sure about switching attorneys so late in ...the game but I decided to give it a shot. Boy am I glad that I did. Mr. Prescod was truly a blessing in disguise. Mr. Prescod jumped right into my case. I was in constant contact with him. When I had a question, he was there for me. Any question I had he was able to answer it or if he didn’t know he got back to me. When we were preparing for the case, he was contacting me on the weekends. That showed me is dedication to my case. Honestly, I can say that I am truly glad that I met him. He is very smart, knowledgeable and funny. He talks to you and not at you. He came across like he truly cared about my problems and was going to help me. In court, he was masterful because he knew the facts and spoke up for me like no lawyer did before. The only thing I regretted about Mr. Prescod in my custody case was that I didn’t find him earlier. He is now handling my other cases. I found my lawyer for life.
