Khari Peter Prescod is a seasoned attorney licensed in New York and Pennsylvania with 25 years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. He began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled both misdemeanor and felony cases at the trial and appellate levels. He then served as legislative counsel to the Chairman of the New York State Assembly’s Children and Family Committee, contributing to the development of significant family law legislation.
