When your rights and freedom are at stake you want to have the best and James Kousouros is that guy. We were referred to James by a friend who is a former prosecutor. Our case was extremely complex and involved several areas of the legal system, but this did not deter James. He was able to skillfully manage all of the different court systems and deal with several different attorneys, all while tackl...ing the main aspect of this case. He and his team of investigators, experts and associates meticulously dug through thousands of pages of evidence and were able to uncover a ton of evidence that ultimately led to 2 of the major charges being dropped. I was arrested in New Jersey for very serious narcotics offense. The minute I met James he made me feel calm and comfortable that my case would be handled properly while at the same time making it quite clear that I was in a serious bind and that he could not guarantee an outcome.
