Harvey Shapiro

Please stay away from this lawyer if at all possible. Never responds to client's concerns on time. Only shows interest until he gets money. After that he doesn't any interest and never care to return prompt responses while the client is left with anxiety. This happened to me many times. I had to go ...with this lawyer just because my employer's petition was initially started with this lawyer. Also, his fees are 30% higher than the industry. Despite paying such a high price, you rarely get attention you deserve. There are many better lawyers out there than this lawyer.

I would never ever recommend Harvey to any body. As other reviews says, he is the most unresponsive lawyer ever seen even after he charges hefty fees. My case is a EB1, I would say mine is one of the longest EB1 case ever, took 3.5 years to get the EB1 approved. He doesn't reply to emails, never take...s the phone call. His assistants are very arrogant.... These guys are slower than USCIS.

I had to go with him because of my consulting company has relationship. They are work most non-responsive and arrogant people that I have ever seen. They change a lot of money and more over do not respond back to any queries. If you call them they are respond back very arogenlty. It appears as if you... are paying to buy trouble. I have hired them to look into my immigration matter. I was running out of time but these guys will never respond back. I would say USCIS process an application much faster than these guys do. Stay away.... Stay away... stay away.... it for your own good.

I completely disagree with the earlier comment made on this review board. Harvey is a wonderful lawyer and I would absolutely refer him to anyone else seeking a professional who is smart, charismatic and responsive. My immigration situation was somewhat complex for a H-1B visa but Mr. Shapiro poss...essed the industry knowledge and legal sophistication to not only clearly present me with my options but also to guide me through the process especially during moments of personal difficulty and anxiety. I am truly thankful to Mr. Shapiro and the rest of his staff for their unwavering support and professionalism. One must also remember that when it comes to dealing with the USCIS you must demonstrate patience as there are already a plethora of cases flooding the system from others seeking to obtain visa status in the United States. When my status or options changed, I was alerted in a timely and honest fashion from Mr. Shapiro's office. Unlike my experiences with my previous lawyers, I felt well taken care by Mr. Shapiro. I look forward to using his services again for my re-application in the future.

I have been using Harvey for my immigration for last few years. i have to go through him because my consulting firm uses him. he does not respond to your questions at all after charging huge fees. every time you send him an email you wont get response even after months. if you call him his assistanst...a just took message and he wont even bother to call you back.
