Terrible, incorrect advice on ESTA visa waiver

I needed some advice for an ESTA Visa Waiver question. Caryl Kawalsky Uzelac was recommended to me by a friend. Big mistake. I had used a different lawyer before (Graham Prichard) who was awesome, but he was unfortunately busy at the time, so I needed urgent advice. Caryl was US$500 for an initia...l consultation, which she gave me about a 15 minute phone call. Incidentally, this was double Graham's initial fee. I was potentially going to overstay my ESTA because my flights home to Australia were cancelled by the airlines due to COVID border restrictions in Australia. I thought it might be best to leave the US to e.g. Europe for a few weeks then come back to the US then fly home to Australia when Australian borders opened. She suggested I apply for satisfactory departure which would give me an extra 30 days. When I received advice from the border control, they stated stated that "the 30 day satisfactory departure for COVID is not allowed any more for any country". Caryl should have known this, or at least checked it, and not advised me to apply for satisfactory departure. I believe this her professional obligation to me, which she failed. I then told her of the situation, and she never called back as promised. I overstayed my ESTA visa waiver and now am ineligible for a visa waiver in the future. I asked her to refund my money because her advice was incorrect and required me to then book flights to Canada, then England, then Australia, but she declined and still claims she gave me good advice.

Old Client

He is just a terrible professional to deal with. Avoid him all costs if you want a health state of mind during your legal process.

Screwed me and still had to wait for greencard after 10 years.

My greencard process for EB2 was started by this useless individual because of whom I lost the most valuable 6 years of my greencard wait and had to start all the way from the beginning. I am still waiting for my greencard after 10 years. My labor application has lot of simple typo errors and was com...pletly misrepresented. During the tenure of the case I had lot of health issues like mental depression, anxiety and sleeplessness. He does not respond to your calls and his office staff is the worst.

Worst Immigration Lawyer ever

Please stay away from this lawyer if at all possible. Never responds to client's concerns on time. Only shows interest until he gets money. After that he doesn't any interest and never care to return prompt responses while the client is left with anxiety. This happened to me many times. I had to go ...with this lawyer just because my employer's petition was initially started with this lawyer. Also, his fees are 30% higher than the industry. Despite paying such a high price, you rarely get attention you deserve. There are many better lawyers out there than this lawyer.

Don't go to him

I would never ever recommend Harvey to any body. As other reviews says, he is the most unresponsive lawyer ever seen even after he charges hefty fees. My case is a EB1, I would say mine is one of the longest EB1 case ever, took 3.5 years to get the EB1 approved. He doesn't reply to emails, never take...s the phone call. His assistants are very arrogant.... These guys are slower than USCIS.
