I hired Atty Eric 2 times. First for a buyout with my business partners and second for my restaurant business's financial trouble with the city. 2 times he didn't disappoint. He genuinely cares and is really compassionate. He Regularly updated me with the status of my case until it was resolve...d. He's so organized that every file submitted to the city, which was a lot, was mailed to my residence after the conclusion of the second case. Even the invoice for his services, detailed. It was really money well spent for me. I hired lots of lawyers before but nobody did that. English is not my primary language so i'm kind of limited in my praise for him. But Atty Eric is the kind of lawyer you would want to have on your side . I would definitely hire this great lawyer again.

Eric Kutner is a CPA. From my knowledge he handles a wide diverse set of clients from many nationalities, personalities etc. I only see Mr. Kutner as concerned, upfront, tactful, compassionate and able to work with the other side's representation for quick and cost effective resolution. I ha...ve met many attorneys and in my case never as organized, responsive and always with last item details quickly back to me. I am sure lke any attorney he is not ideal for someone yet I have heard he turns down referrals so he can focus on his current roster.
