Brian Adam Heller

As a partner at New York law firm Schwartz Perry & Heller LLP, Brian Heller is committed to representing clients in New York City and the surrounding areas. Mr. Heller has an impressive background in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and contractual disputes.

Mr. Heller graduated in 1998 with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts. As an undergraduate student, he was a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Mr. Heller then went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Fordham University School of Law, where he served on the Urban Law Journal and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.

With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Heller is a fierce advocate for workplace rights. Mr. Heller has established himself as one of the preeminent litigators in employment law and workplace rights in and around New York City, including first chairing  multiple jury trials that have resulted in 7-figure verdicts for our clients.  Mr. Heller is also active in the National Employment Lawyer’s Association of New York (“NELA/NY”) has testified before the New York City Council regarding amendments to the New York City Human Rights Law.  Mr. Heller has dedicated his practice to giving victims of sexual harassment and employment discrimination a voice
