What a pleasure it has been working with Ms. Yusupov! It is not often that you find an attorney who is both incredibly effective, yet entirely approachable. My personal injury case presented particular challenges, which Ms. Yusupov navigated with commitment. Her comprehensive knowledge of the intrica...cies of my case put me at ease throughout the entire process, I never had to provide clarification, as she memorised my file. Though, she did include me every step of the way, showing respect, compassion and insight. She was entirely connected, and was easy to reach, which, in my experience is rare when dealing with attorneys. At times the case looked like it was never going to settle, though Ms. Yusupov navigated each challenge and refused to give up. She and I worked as a team during all decision making. I always knew that if I had a question, she would respond immediately and effectively to address my concerns. This woman is a talented attorney, and frankly I thank God for her commitment to myself and my case. I don't think the outcome would have been as favourable had she not handled the case.
