I initially used Tracy in 2007 when I purchased my apartment. At the time she and her team made the process seamless for me. Also she was very helpful since it was my first real estate purchase. Recently I decided to sell the place and I just called her back given my initial experience. The process w...as even smoother this time. I gave her the business terms of the deal and she negotiated the entire sale documentation with the buyer's attorneys. All I had to do was read and sign. Also the closing process was super smooth. Everything was ready and prepared and I was done in an hour! The buyers themselves commented on how good my attorney was!
