Tracy and her amazing associates (Tonya and JD) were absolutely amazing during the sale of my Brooklyn condo. I was a long distance first-time seller and Tracy became my eyes and ears in NY during this process. Tracy's patience is unmatched (I literally asked her a million questions about sel...ling property in NY and needed her to explain the process to me in detail, and she provided calm, clear and concise info throughout the sale). My real estate agent referred her firm to me and I could not be more grateful. Tonya is amazing and held my virtual hand once it was time to finally close the deal. I was an anxious wreck because I could not attend, but Tracy stood in as my Power of Attorney and provided a real-time, play by play at the closing table which put all my anxiety at ease. I could go on and on about Almazan & Associates but I truly just want to say how completely grateful I am for Tracy and her team. Customer service is five-star and Tracy's legal knowledge and approach is top-tier. I would not buy or sell another property in NY without her.
