She was very responsive and communicative during the entire process, often getting on the phone the same day to walk through more detailed steps and responding usually within the same day to emails, even during the holiday period near... the end of the year and while on an emergency trip to Florida. On the day before closing, she negotiated funds to be placed in escrow pending some minor issues with the unit that were still present at the final walkthrough, so the closing was smooth.
