Best in the Business - Highly Recommend

Josh Stevens is THE guy for criminal defense in NY. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable and reasonable. Josh was proactive, relentless, and an exceptional communicator. He took the time often outside normal business hours to respond immediately, ensuring I felt confident and informed at every ...step of the process. Within the courthouse, I noticed Josh was widely respected by both his fellow attorneys and courtroom staff which I believe is a clear testament to his exceptional courtroom presence and overall professionalism. DISMISSED IN 3 HEARINGS

I was wrongfully arrested for a motor cycle accident & Joshua Stevens helped me get the case dismissed. Joshua is sharp, well spoken, and is very competent, exactly the type of individual I needed to represent me. I plan to also use his services again to pursue a civil rights lawsuit. 5/5

Best of the best

I was accused of a DUI charge, and this brilliant guy saved my life and kept me from even having a record. Josh is patient, hard-working, confident, intelligent, professional, and sympathetic. Most importantly, he knows what he does, and he is good at what he does with the NYC court system. Not only ...did he take care of everything and make every step of the entire process smooth and easy, but also he made me keep calm and less stressed throughout the process. I hope you don't get into a situation where you need an attorney. But, if you need one, Josh must be your best choice.

I called Joshua to work on a self defense case. He was very professional, communicated really well. He was able to dismiss the case and just as important he was able reinstate my work license in order to work.
