There are not enough words of thanks that I can utilize to express my gratitude to Mr. Joshua Stevens for all that he did for my son who got himself into trouble numerous times within the past year, he just did not become our lawyer, he became my sons counselor and our family's savior. From the first... call to Mr. Stevens he assessed my son's case and got him referred to the YCP Program at the Brooklyn District Attorney Office. Within this program the youth offender has to remain compliant to the program and the court for 1 full year, then; on successful completion their record would be expunged. Mr Stevens never, not even once during this long rocky year did he ever miss a court date, or threaten to drop the case when my son continued to be non-compliant. He would give my son "the talk" and let him know that he was his own worst enemy and remind him of his gravely ill father and his struggling but loyal mother. Because of Mr Stevens my son is free today and aiming for a better life ahead because someone like Joshua instead of giving up on him mentored him because he saw the best in my son. So you might be thinking that all of this might have cost us our home, no not at all, we paid the retainer and as the year went along I did struggled sometimes to pay the fees but not once did Mr. Stevens make me feel pressured. I still feel that we owe Mr. Stevens so much more for all that he has done to save our only son from ruin. God truly blessed the day that I was referred to Mr. Joshua Stevens Esq. He is truly an earth angel. Please do not hesitate one second in retaining this dear man as your attorney! He loves his job as is so apparent; and you will never regret the choice you made.

I was recommended Josh by a friend who has had many successful dealings with him in the past. after my friend asked him to reach out he called me right away to see how he could help. the next day i was in his office and he immediately put me at ease about my case, explained all procedures, listened a...nd took notes. naturally i did a bunch of my own research into my case before coming to see him and any question i asked him he was right on the ball. knew it all !! I am thankful for having been put in touch with Josh through John Carney. Josh is compassionate, straight-foward, and patient. From arrest to conviction my case went on almost a whole year and he did a fantastic job keeping me focused and determined to overcome my mistake. I am a first-time offend...er, charged with a class E felony, unlawful surveillance in the second degree, was facing SORA registration and jail time. I never met a lawyer so on top of things like Josh. I was confused and did not understand anything about my case and one conversation with josh; my mind was put to rest. I told him all that i knew and he was already at the court. He answered all my questions, and made me realize i was not alone. Josh... would be the perfect lawyer for any case if you ask me, because he cares.
