Alexander Robbins

I help counsel clients in various entertainment and business ventures, including in the theater, television, film, music and talent industries. I also represent clients in the commissioning, development, and optioning and acquisition of rights, and routinely prepare and review financial offering documents for Broadway, Off-Broadway, touring and international productions.

I assist in the representation of general corporate and start-up clients as outside general counsel and in organizational matters, financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and the negotiation and preparation of assorted business agreements.
