Seth Perlman is a cut above his peers. He is a lawyers lawyer. I have worked with him in both a co-counsel sense as well as on the board of governance of one of his clients. His advice is sound and practical and his ethics and integrity above reproach. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
