First things first. Toni Messina is a trailblazer. She is down-to-earth, but she is an absolutely relentless force. Her practices are well-known and respected. I am beyond grateful for her help. Most lawyers we see on T.V, or in person, are impeccably organized and reserved. When I walked into Ton...i's office, I was a bit taken aback, not going to lie. It was clean and well-maintained, don't get me wrong, but not organized in the sense that I'm used to seeing. But, believe me when I tell you, it works for her. She does not need extensive filing because she knows where everything is that she needs at all times. Upon our first meeting she may have believed that my actions were somewhat related to an underlying psychological disorder, maybe she didn't. Maybe she thought I was just another white guy trying to use my privilege and my mommy and daddy to paint me as this innocent angel and use their resources to save my a**. But she listened and she emphasized and she told me some hard truths that no one wants to hear. However if you have to hear them, you want to hear them from Toni. From a business perspective, Toni's methodology is incredibly strategic. Without giving away too much, she plays the long game. These methods are also exceedingly innovative. My name is mostly confidential, so long story short, while the police report was somewhat jaded, my action were disastrous. They involve evading police vehicles, making contact with them, people jumping out of the way to avoid what must have seemed like certain death, an injured officer, a car fire, stopping traffic and then an additional chase which led to an additional resisting arrest charge. Toni's efforts, coupled with her unique perspective, influential network of professionals and I believe her heart, led to me receiving a conditional discharge. Additionally, because of this accident and Toni's help, I've found a solution that quiets the storm so to speak and life has finally slowed down. When it was all said and done, all I could say was "thank you,' because words cannot emphasize my gratitude. The last few months have been so scary for me and I realize just how lucky I've been.
