Ms Rivieccio was appointed as Law Guardian for my children in a custody battle. Not only did she never consult with me ( Aside from remittance of payment at 3 times the retainer of another Law Guardian that was disqualified for conflicts ) she sided against me and accepted coached responses from an... 8 and 4 year old as solid evidence ( she believed that an 8 year old came up with the phrase 'we need a new strategy" on her own ), Truly a low point in the administration of justice. Biased and lazy. Goes through the motions but doesn't consider them at all.
