Tenacious, Brilliant, and Compassionate Advocate

I cannot say enough about the extraordinary representation I received from Rosemary Rivieccio. She stepped into my complex, high-conflict family law case at a time when I had lost confidence in my previous attorney and felt overwhelmed by the entire situation. From day one, Rosemary brought clarity, ...strength, and compassion to the table—never sugar-coating reality, but always offering steady guidance. Her deep knowledge of the legal system, coupled with her years of experience and professional relationships within the courts, became immediately apparent. Rosemary is tenacious, brilliant, and unwavering in her commitment to her clients. She advocates fiercely without ever compromising her integrity—something that became even more striking when contrasted with the conduct of the opposing side. What truly sets her apart is her rare ability to combine sharp legal acumen with genuine kindness and empathy. She always took the high road, never engaging in tactics that could inflame the situation, yet she stood her ground with confidence and precision. Her strategic thinking and calm, composed demeanor gave me a sense of security during one of the most difficult times in my life. If you are looking for a family law attorney who will fight for you with intelligence, heart, and unwavering integrity, Rosemary Rivieccio is the advocate you want by your side.

True advocate

I highly recommend Rosemary Rivieccio. BACKGROUND; My initial divorce was filed by another attorney who showed up to (virtual) court unprepared. He was very dismissive; I felt like he was advocating for my ex. I was getting more anxiety having him as an attorney. REVIEW: I terminated my prior divorce... attorney and hired Rosemary Rivieccio. Once Rosemary took over my case, the harassment and BS by my ex and his counsel ended. I am thankful to Rosemary because even though my divorce was originally filed by another attorney and she was busy, Rosemary took the time to listen, was compassionate, and agreed to take my case. With Rosemary as my legal counsel, I felt I had a true advocate and advisor on my side. Rosemary was very responsive and efficient. She is well respected and very knowledgeable of the law and the court system. She is straightforward and will give you her perspective based on her many years of experience, but will ultimately support her client's wishes. My case was actually settled sooner than expected, thanks to Rosemary's expertise. She is an amazing negotiator and influencer. THANK YOU, ROSEMARY: I am beyond grateful to you for advocating on my behalf and for putting an end to that horrible nightmare I was living.

My Hero

Rosemary represented me in my divorce case that began in 2017 and finally ended in December 2019. I was living with an emotionally abusive, alcoholic, manipulative partner. He fought everything even when it was against his own best interests and as such, the divorce was incredibly costly and drawn ou...t. At times, I really didn't know if I was going to be able to make it, but Rosemary was always steady and clear-eyed. She didn't sugar coat anything but rather assured me that I had the strength to continue and that she'd be by my side. She was always quick to answer a question, and advocated fiercely for me in court and in communications with the other side. She's collaborative - meaning she would take my input, have productive dialogues with the children't attorney, and she TRIED to collaborate with the other side, however it my husband's attorneys seemed more interested in billing hours than bringing our case to closure. Long story short, two years later, my kids and I are starting over. I got custody which was most important to me to ensure kids are safe and stable.

Child Custody Case

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Mrs. Rivieccio for the way she handled my custody case. As a father you go into these situations worried that your concerns would not be taken seriously, but Mrs. Rivieccio was thoughtful, prepared, succinct, professional, and always available to follow up on... my questions and requests of the court. She took the time to sit with me each time and explain the legalese which would have gone over my head. The differences between she and my daughter's mother's attorney were apparent and were very much a part of the reason why I now have custody of my daughter. I would not hesitate to hire her or refer her in the future.

Patient and Understanding

Rosemary did an excellent job at consistently communicating with me, answering my questions, and ultimately getting me exactly what I wanted on my custody case. While this was a time of high anxiety and ambiguity for me, Rosemary did a great job of keeping her cool while advocating for what I wanted.... She presented as focused on the ultimate goal at all times. I am so grateful that I had Rosemary as my attorney so I was able to get the outcome that I wanted!
