I am a woman with education and a degree. i have never encounter such rudeness and unpoliteness from an "lawyer". In my early years I had worked for an immigration attorney and never seen her scream at her clients, hung up on them due to the incompetence. I believe paying for a services for guidance ...and you should be able to talk and trust your lawyer but in this case, it's truly disappointing that the matter of the sensitivity of these cases with immigration, your lawyer SHOULD let you know certain details of the case. i should get a call back but never did. it was always me calling because of the timeline i had to do certain paperwork and it had to be done right away. if you client is expecting a call back since 12 pm and your lawyer calls u back 10 minutes before office closing then your case isn't as important to them as it is to you. i haver never been talk down. ask " what? you are gonna cry now?" and in fact i said instead of you making this go easy and smooth, you are causing me to change every plan that we had already. what type of services or type of lawyers do they have in this establishment? i am sincerely dissapointed and extremely stressed out about my case which i don't think they are gonna do a good job now.
