False promises
I had a phone interview with Mr. Osuna. He was very promising, however, at the end of every sentence he asked for his money "as soon as I received your first payment, I will start your case. Your case is very simple and if shouldn't take long". I sent him the payment and that was the end of it. Every...

Replied last September 01, 2016This review is false. The review states I had to "call a DA" thus implying their matter was a criminal case. The review complains that after a year the case was "too old" to be helped. That cannot be true. Every criminal case requires regular monthly court appearances. The client must be present or have a warrant issued for their arrest. ANY CRIMINAL DEFENSE CLIENT KNOWS IN ONE YEAR THEY WOULD HAVE MADE AT LEAST EIGHT TO TEN COURT APPEARANCES WITH THEIR ATTORNEY PRESENT. Its impossible a criminal case would have lasted a year and the client never see or speak to their lawyer, not even in Court? Further when criminal cases get "too old" the case case gets dismissed and the client is present for this or any result. Thus I urge this writer to contact me directly to discuss what compels them to write things that cannot be true. Its unfortunate that AVVO allows individuals to make anonymous complaints of this nature.
