Nytaino Romulus

I always call Romulus first when I have a legal question and I tell my friends and family to hire him when they have problems. Even if its something he wont handle he takes the time to listen and then referred me out or told me how to get it done. I've used other lawyers in the past and they do not... take the time to listen. Romulus is always a cellphone call away. Not sure what these guys are talkign about If he doesnt answer, just leave a message or text. He calls back either later that day or the next when hes not in court. Hello hello hello hello I have called times without numbers. Where is my son's lawyer Nytaino Romulus and why is he not returning my calls. Why is he not letting me know what is going on with my son's case. Why is he not referring another lawyer to take over his cases if he is not practicing anymore.... Why he did not notify me in the matter. By the united states constitutional rules a lawyer must notify the client. If he will please return my documents and stip my case so I can proceed. Thank you.

For about 8 months now I have been wondering what is going on with my case, you see: my attorney Nytaino Romulus does not seem to be communicative and it really does not make any sense, because without communication then you have the lack of it. I call 646 542-3975 and I am told by a recording someo...ne with get in touch with you and it never happens. With this comes a little insanity because the main idea is the attorney client relationship which is being neglected and the cases are in his charge because of my book keeping or record keeping, whereas had I not kept the records there would be no case.

This lawyer has poor communications. Has taken 2 years to finish my settlement for reasons I feel he has lied about, possibly even stolen. He had me get my papers signed and notarized twice because they supposedly told him I didn't notarize the first time around in September 2015 and when he emailed ...me their responds stating this situation via email he didn't even attach their Email address ( no forward) , he copied and pasted the responds of " having no notarization on the paper". To make it worse, I didn't know this until I had contact him 6 months after sending the papers that I needed to re-print and get them re-notarized. When reaching him to see if he received my papers for the 2nd time he just said " I haven't been to my office yet " and I advise him that I paid express priority and it'll need a signature upon recieving delivery at 12pm. He told me "My receptionist signs for packages". I didn't hear from him again until 9 days later when he text " I received the envelope" & I asked ok if everything was good on it this time" and he completely ignored and didn't respond. I text him the next day saying "hello, and if he can let me know how long this process will take" and he respond "I don't know how long it will take. I'm sending it in". Which was already 10 days after I had sent it that he was processing it. After this I didn't speak to him for 2 months until I reached out again asking for the status and update of the settlement. Of course, again he ignored and completely didn't answer me. The next day I text him again saying " hello" and he replies " I'm out of town now. Will call you when I return". 2 weeks passed and no calls, so I reached out again. I said " hello , have you returned back from town?" He didn't reply until 3 days later saying " Yes. Back yesterday, will be in the office tomorrow. However, I will send an email today to see where they are in processing your documents." I told him please let me know and keep me posted. I haven't heard from him since this day. It has now been 4 months going onto 5 months that I have no responds as to what is going on with my settlement. And yes I have reached out numerous times since April as you all can see. All this seems very wrong and suspicious. Tomorrow I will call his office this time and hopefully get some answers. If not other actions must be taken. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this lawyer to anybody. DON'T hire him.
