Biography
I am the senior associate attorney at Tolmage, Peskin, Harris & Falick. We specialize in personal injury accident cases. We work solely for plaintiffs. We are trial attorneys; we will take your case all the way from the initial stages all the way through to a jury verdict. We do not shy away from the Courtroom, and I personally have taken numerous cases to trial. I am also well versed in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediation and arbitration, obtaining positive results for our clients. I am admitted to practice law in New Jersey. I am also admitted to practice in the Federal courts of the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. I have been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the New York City Metro area in both 2013 and 2014. I'm a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
