Mr. Klieger came as a package deal with my prior divorce attorney Maria . I was told he was her partner and her mentor. Turns out he was just her mouth piece. I had a civil case pending at the same time as my divorce case so Mr. Klieger talked me into using him "because it was easier" even though I w...as reluctant because of his aggressive nature I decided to give him a chance. He wanted the retainer in "cash only" (another red flag I ignored). I should have listened to my gut but I gave him the benefit of doubt and hired him for the civil only as his partner maria was already my divorce attorney. This crew in divorce was a mess, they showed up late and never prepared . Mr. Klieger was totally not familiar with my case and called witnesses at 10pm without prep to testify the following day, his response when I asked why was "don't worry" or "I have 30 yrs experience I know what I am doing" I was never billed any further on the civil case nor did we come up with a defense , he just kept postponing and postponing, all while trying to actually get me to give up on both cases. Then when I was tapped out financially he decided ( with maria on the divorce end) to drop me on both cases after I begged him not to and made $15,000 payments on my divorce case and $2,500 on my civil case. There is so much more but you get the idea. So if you want a real lawyer to fight your case (win or lose) do not hire this guy or crew. It is really sad that there are people like this out there who ruin it for good honest lawyers. Anthony
