Leslie Jo-Ann Wilsher

Leslie J. Wilsher is an attorney and was admitted to the New York bar in 1980.  Since 1981, she has concentrated in the area  of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and preparing and negotiating premarital and marital agreements.  She began to concentrate on these areas during her four years as an associate at Phillips Nizer Benjamin Krim & Ballon, and continued to do so during her nine years as an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.  She left Kelley Drye to become a solo practitioner, which she did for six years before joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, where she was an estate planning and estate administration partner for thirteen years.   She completed her basic mediation training with the New York Peace Institute (formerly part of Safe Horizon) in September of 2012, and participated in its apprenticeship program the following winter.  She completed a special course in divorce mediation in the spring of 2013.  Inspired by the excellence of these programs and the possibilities presented by alternative dispute resolution, she decided to transition her practice to the mediation of will contests, probate and estate administration disputes, separation and divorce agreements, and other family disputes.
