When the opposing side stayed in their initial incorrect position, and I wanted to continue pursuing the case, which would have been significantly more in financial costs to continue to do so, Joseph's firm came up with an intelligent, gentler alternative pathway, to further convince the opposing sid...e of the correct position, and avoid mutual costs of furthering the case. Throughout the representation, Joseph presented a calm and certain presence, projecting a sense of assurance and confidence to the opposing side in the case, which ultimately swayed them to the correct decision.
