Jan Vincent Farensbach

I read the review herein regarding the license case handled by Mr. Farensbach. Unfortunately that person's version of the facts is just that, his version. In fact the individual had substantial outstanding legal fees that were owed and outstanding for a very long period of time. He took an extreme...ly long time to pay them. It is expressly stated in all retainer agreements with this office and most offices that if the fees owed remain outstanding for 20 to 30 days the attorney has every right to stop work. Fees were outstanding in this case for much much longer than that. It is a judgment call on behalf of the attorney as to whether he/she thinks the client will pay. This is the real story.

I've been working with Jan V. Farensbach for over 6 years now and I have to say, my experience has been great! He's highly ethical, has a diverse knowledge of all areas of the law and is extremely trustworthy! I have worked with many lawyers in my life/career and many of them it's all about the money... and high turnover, but not Jan! His clients come first and foremost and he really cares! As a client, I can call him pretty much any time to be advised on legal matters and I know he is on my side. I'm glad I have been working with Jan and not other lawyers. I'm wiriting this review because I want too and felt obligated to do so since he's such a good guy!
