I contacted Irwin Berowitz after a friend recommended him to me. I made an appointment to consult with Mr. Berowitz. With my wife, we discussed our cancellation of removal case. Mr. Berowitz gave us a realistic evaluation of our chances of winning. We felt comfortable with him. We thought that we co...uld trust him. We hired him. I know some people who consulted with Mr. Berowitz who were told by him: You really have no chance of winning your case. Don't waste your time and money. A lot of immigration lawyers don't do that. No matter how weak a case is, they convince the person to go ahead with the case and spend lots of money. Mr. Berowitz was in Court with us every time that we had a hearing. He also filed our work card applications whenever that was necessary. He does not have a secretary. Every time I called, he answered, even during the weekend or when he was out of town. Mr. Berowitz worked hard on our case. Our judge was tough, but we won our case. The DHS attorney did not appeal. After more than 25 years in the USA, my wife and I are now Permanent Residents and have the Cards to prove it!
