Surpassing!!!

From the Moment I spoke to Mr. Farrell on the phone, I knew immediately he was the perfect attorney for us. He took on the case and treated us and the case with utmost professionalism, compassion and a drive and determination to get the best possible results., which he absolutely did. This was a ver...y serious case, out of respect for the family and all, I cannot provide extensive details, but he respectfully considered the facts, the nature of the defendant's delicate mental state and the family's wishes (yes, that is how serious this case was) and handled it with utmost professionalism and empathy to both sides, which due to the severity and delicacy of the case was necessary and he delivered the best possible results. I could not have asked for a better attorney! Mr. Farrell took our calls, returned calls and emails, followed up immediately, a rare find, never asking for anything more in return. He's an honest, honored and well respected attorney, as well as a great human being. If anyone is seeking a an extraordinary criminal attorney, hands down would I recommend. Mr. Farrell delivered - a six-month remand recommendation with several years of probation and community service, which is unheard of for this type of case. Call Mr. Farrell ASAP if you have a criminal issue.

Great Lawyer (is an understatement)

By the grace of the universe, I was assigned to Gary Farrell. I initially made a deposit with another lawyer but soon realized the process for the case would cost too much. I thought bail hearing would go smoothly but it didn’t, that’s when I was assigned to Gary. Diligent and hard working, I’m g...rateful to have been represented by Gary. He is extremely professional, transparent, and attentive. I felt trust almost immediately upon speaking with him. The charges I faced could have really left my life broken, and be understood the severity of it from my end. From the start, he was determined to get me a good deal and he did! His methods for success are comforting, he had me enter a program immediately after making bail and this, I strongly believe, really helped my case. Gary responded to every question and concern, even after my case was closed and I was released from probation. He gave me all the details and information I needed to understand every step that was taken. In court, he is confident. He knew just about everyone he encountered, and not just know, but had good relationships with most of these people. Before being assigned to Gary, 3 different people told me I was lucky to have him. “Gary is good. You’re in good hands”, they were all right! Not only is Gary a superb lawyer, but he has great intentions. I was speechless when he offered to donate to my college fund (should I need the support). I can go on for pages speaking about Gary’s work ethic and character. Bottom line is, you’re in good hands. I’d hire him for every and anything. I was truly forunate to work with him. I am, and will forever be, truly grateful for work he did on my case.

Simply the Best!!!

I hired Gary to represent my son who has a number of mental health challenges. My son had gone off his meds and was arrested. He was charged with a number of crimes and the DA was set on putting him in Rikers Prison for a year. Initially my son was represented by a Public Defender. The PD was so ...inept I was certain my son was going to jail if I didn't look for counsel elsewhere. Gary was a referral from a clerk who works for a State Court judge. That in itself speaks volumes. My first phone call was lengthy and reassuring. Upon meeting Gary, I had no doubt this was the right person to hire. Gary was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable with all of my many question's and concerns. Gary was empathetic yet forthcoming with what we should expect. I never felt like I was left hanging waiting for a response from him. He always promptly returned phone calls, texts and emails. He is not one of those attorneys who nickels and dimes you to death. I will say however, even if he was it would have been worth every nickel and dime. Our case has since been settled and in most instances you would not hear from your attorney again. Not only is Gary in touch with us but when I had a situation arise with my son and enlisted Gary's help, he willingly jumped right it to handle it. Not hiring Gary Farrell to represent my child would have been a disaster. Do not let that happen to you. You will not regret making the choice to hire Gary.

Simply the best

If you want a lawyer who listen to you, Fights for you, is smart, takes pride in his work, Then you have the right lawyer. Gary Farrell will fight and not let you down. Most lawyers get paid in full and never return calls or brush you off. This man will never do that to anyone he represents. He will ...always return calls and will never sugar coat anything. He is great in court and great with doing motions for his clients. If you hire him then you can rest ashore that you are in the best hands in NYC. I myself had 4 cases going on at once. Three state cases and a federal violation. Gary was able to get one case dismissed with the state and the Two other state cases he was able to get me 8 months in a city jail. After facing 7 to 21 years and getting 8 months was a dream come true. It was all because of his court room demeanor and his unreal motions that were put into the courts. Gary has a way about him both inside and outside the court room. My federal violation I was giving 3 years with a drug program and I will be home in 9 months. The guy stayed in contact with my family and me every step of the way. When your life is on the line, Then Gary Farrell is your man for the job.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer's work. We represented co-defendants charged to be acting in-concert on a violent felony. We were able to work together in furtherance of our separate clients' interests, and together we were able to get a sweetheart deal for each of our clients. Whether motion practice is required or some other time consuming task, Mr. Farrell was willing to do whatever it took to keep his client out of jail. On this 4 felony charge with two eyewitnesses, we were able to secure a misdemeanor charge with no jail time - probabtion only - after requesting that the Court re-review the grand jury minutes and consider dismissing all charges. While the charges were not dismissed, our clients were both extremely satisifed with the outcome. I will refer all criminal work in NYC to Mr. Farrell in the future."
