I hires her for my inmigration case. She is experienced but her staff completely inexperienced, no one wants to work with her, I can count 15 people in 2 year left her job. Due to inexperienced and less number of staff most of the cases takes forever even my case they prepare one night before my USCI...S appointment. She takes full fee before submission of documents so clinet cant do anything if they would not satisfy from her service. They have one common email, most of the time she wont response because email checked my her staff and her husband, in case someone has emergency the only way to call her staff and they will fix an appointment to talk her but she won't reply throug email. No confidentiality, they Have small office so every client knows other’s client case stauts. Her husband make up lot of things and ask money whenever he gets chance and aslo she got that habit. My case was so simple but because of her less interest and her laziness me and my friends got delayed to approve the case. Now we have hired another attorney we pay them in instalment and she response us in 24status. I hope she will improve her service.
