Mr. Restivo represented my custody case in Manhattan Family Court. What a bad luck. Ms. Restivo, and her ego, made the case as her own fight against the opposing attorney. Nasty words and rudeness- Unprofessional. Consequently she made my case very weak and prolonged the litigation unnecessarily.... I assume she only wants to earn hourly wages. After all, I needed to change attorneys. As soon as the new attorney took over my case, I saw the positive changes immediately. Lawyers make a huge difference-- I've learned the lesson hard way.
