Horrible attorneys do exist.
Mr. Restivo represented my custody case in Manhattan Family Court. What a bad luck. Ms. Restivo, and her ego, made the case as her own fight against the opposing attorney. Nasty words and rudeness- Unprofessional. Consequently she made my case very weak and prolonged the litigation unnecessarily....
