Known him for over a decade and had hired a lot of counselors since then, but I always gravitate towards Korngut. He's genuinely empathetic, puts himself in one's perspective and stays committed till the completion of the project. Ben doesn't follow instant reward, he'll claw at things on your beh...alf. Prompt, empathetic, sharp, intelligent and soldier-like for one's cause.. as expected, but without a drama and nuances of obvious "lawyer's pressures". He had brought up a point that other counselor and I missed from re-reading a lease, which resulted in an instant advantage to me and my team during past negotiations. Ben also seems to have a great lineup of contacts one needs and understands how networking works in NYC (Born and brought up in NYC, I believe) .
