Andrew Bluestone : Intelligent and ethical

Since 2002, I have had the privilege to consult Andrew Bluestone on various New York legal matters for Florida resident clients seeking representation. In addition to his specialty of legal malpractice, these cases have included personal injury and insurance litigation, trust and estate litigation, ...real property issues and contract disputes. Without exception, clients have expressed their unqualified gratitude. Throughout my personal contact with Andrew, I have found his grasp of complex case facts to be stunning. His incisive analysis of the facts applied to prevailing law is nothing short of surgical. He has both a sharp mind and a razor-tipped pen. His notable expertise in legal malpractice litigation, which relies on a full understanding of the underlying case, accounts, in part, for the breadth of his legal knowledge. Andrew stays on top of his field. He is well-versed in new case law which is reflected in his carefully-crafted articles on a wide range of legal topics. Lastly, I feel compelled to add: Andrew Bluestone is an honorable gentleman. He is not a lawyer whose mind-set is driven by the “billable hour.” He is refreshingly candid and will not hesitate to caution a prospective client that their proposed legal action has little chance of success. Andrew Bluestone’s professional pathway never strays from working in the best interests of his client. This is a lawyer with both intelligence and integrity. . . a rare species in today’s litigious environment.

Represented my interests as a strong and highly capable advocate.

I retained Mr. Bluestone to settle a complex dispute I had with another law firm. He was responsive, knowledgeable, balanced in his analysis and communicative. He achieved a favorable result as efficiently as could have been possible.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
