I consulted with the attorney Tracy Brown and I am extremely disappointed by the disrespectful and unprofessional way the she handled it. After a first phone conversation, I shared many confidential documents and information with her, she wrote back formally accepting to represent me in my case. We ...met at her office, where she made me wait 40min +, without even apologizing. She wanted me to sign a retainer right away, I took time to take it home to read it and I followed up the same day to ask a couple of questions on financial terms, as the compensation paragraph included terms she never mentioned when we discusses this matter. She GHOSTED me, and never returned my calls, not a single one. Then, she made a colleague from her firm send me an email with an attachment declining my case. The other attorneys of The Cochran Firm were unhelpful in clarifying the situation too. A non-sense and a loss of time: I would NOT recommend Tracey Brown nor The Cochran Firm to any of my connections.
