Smart, no nonsense, honest!

My first attorney represented me in family court. I paid over $7,000 and got nowhere! My brother recommended Sandra Spennato so I cut ties with the 1st attorney, collected my files and started again from scratch with Sandra. Immediately, she listened to my current situation, listened to my goals, ...and put together a custom plan while also managing my expectations on what is realistic in the eyes of NY law. 1st thing she did was a discovery phase (which my former attorney NEVER did) looking at my ex's bank records which put us in a favorable position. She fought hard and in much less than a year (**during COVID**) we had the terms agreed to involving my daughter and my finances. If only I had been introduced to her in the first place, would have been A LOT less stress, a lot less time, and a lot less money wasted. I truly understand the importance of having a smart savvy deal maker that knows the laws inside and out in my corner. Without hesitance, I wholeheartedly recommend Sandra.
